DENTAL ROLL
Dental rolls are used primarily in dentistry to absorb saliva and other excess fluids in the patient’s oral cavity. They keep the dentist’s or surgeon’s working field dry. The rolls are small cylinders made of highly absorbent cotton, which are placed inside the subject’s oral cavity at the beginning or during procedures. The rolls are very easily applied, maintain their shape even when wet, and do not irritate the patient’s oral mucosa or adhere to the patient’s mucous membranes. For this reason, they are easily removable from the patient’s mouth. They can be used in the lingual or labial area.
