ELASTIC CREPE BANDAGE
Elastic crepe bandages are used to create localized pressure on a skin region. Crepe bandages are made of 100% cotton, and are therefore very absorbent. Once wet, the fabric adheres to itself and does not slip. The bandages have different weights and widths depending on the degree of compression needed and the type of use. They also have aluminum buckles by which pressure can be maintained and the bandage secured around the region of interest. In addition, the bandages can be washed and reused. The bandages are intended for long-term treatment of injuries to the musculoskeletal system, but have other applications as well.
